Access Fees on Timberland

Here's an interesting article.... Weyerhaeuser started charging $250 annual permit fee for access onto their timberland out in Molalla. The article also states that Longview Fiber looked into a similar system and found it impracticle.  (fyi, this doesn't affect the hardy creek trails we typically ride in Molalla, those are on BLM land)
