I need help compiling infrormation for Powell Butte trails advisory

Myself and Ray met with the Friends of Powell Butte in a meeting with Lynn Barlow, Natural Areas Supervisor, and Greg Hawley, Portland Trails Official (butchered that title).  The purpose was to represent the interests of the users of Powell Butte, and suggest/prioritize where improvements could be made in accordance with the master plan. I need help Please provide answers/resources if you can to the following so that I can forward this info back to Greg and Lynn before they meet with the Powell Butte planning committee:"Research needs to be done on the impact of mtb on trails". Link to IMBA's study?"What does the platinum status mean, how can that directly benefit the park"."What kind of resource can this 'a coalition of mountain bike advocates' be, and how can we contact 'them'"."Is PUMP aware of the opportunity to open up to several miles of singletrack to mountain biking and trail improvement?"  Progress here may be easier than Forest Park. Dennis503.860.2095dennis AT creatid DOT com

The board will be meeting with Jill from IMBA this week (Tuesday or Wednesday) and we will be discussing the "Coalition" and will be able to give you more info after we get it. I know it involves PUMP, IMBA and other groups.
