I am guessing that you are trying to figure out the fit on a bike. I don't think any of them are going to that stiff. What you might want to do is get the cheapest one find the fit, then get a proper stem that is the correct position.

Get a bike fit

For the price of the high end one you could get a proper bike fit done. That will take all the guess work out of it.
