Mount St Helens work party

The Mount St Helens Institute, www.mshinstitute.org, is holding a trail work party on the south-west side of Mount St Helens. Work will include clearing storm debris and repairing hiking trails and facilities SW of the volcano. Efforts will focus on the Toutle, Goat Marsh and Kalama trail systems. Meet with work gloves at Kalama Horse Camp lot at 09:00. The work party will be followed by a volunteer-appreciation barbecue and potluck at Kalama Horse Camp.
