Trouble getting my account set up.

Hey, the new site recognized my old ID, but didn't like my password. I tried the password reset tool, but that did not like my email address (that email address is already registered). I used an alternate email address to get things working for now. I tried to switch my email address back and got the same error message. Hmm......

I feel your pain
The problem was that you had two user accounts (one from the old site & one that I added to the new site before launch) that both had the same email address.
Since you changed your email in the account, you fixed the problem. I ran through the database and made sure there weren't any other duplicate emails like that..
