We are going to attempt a late season ride on the Ape Canyon Trail. Riding up there on the last day of November will be quite a feat! Has it ever been ridden so late?! Expect some chilly temperatures. Weather report calls for clear skies though. There will most likely be some snow on the Plains of Abraham, but the opportunity to photograph that area this late in the season is compelling! IF conditions are not conducive to riding up there we will ride Siouxon Creek instead. Start: 9:00 am

Forest Park Volunteer Tree Planting Saturday, December 13th: 9 am to 12:30 pm Upper Macleay Park Join the Forest Park Conservancy for the first of two volunteer planting events this winter. We will be planting a variety of native trees and shrubs in Upper Macleay Park (follow link to generate driving directions). This project will be a continuation of the work started at September's Day of Stewardship.
