There will be a work party on the Ape Canyon Trail at Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument on Sunday, August 3. Bring nippers, limbing saw, or similar tool that will fit in your backpack. Bring your camera and enough food and fluid to last the day. There is an excellent chance that we will be able to get the trail work done and still have plenty of time to ride across the Plains toward the ladders. This is a great opportunity to get up on the mountain. Start: 8:00 am

Ryan K will be the "ride leader" with the knowledge of the trail system and route. Everyone meeting at 8am at Gateway Transit Center will be expecting to find Ryan K at the meeting spot. JD & Shanti are organizing a shuttle version of the Falls Creek ride Chris and Ryan K are doing. Gabrielle has volunteered to point the path (thanks, girl!). We will hopefully be meeting up with the Out-N-Backers for post-ride food and swapping of trail tails. | ||
